Extension of a store in Mortsel, 2012
The Mortsel thrift store Opnieuw & Co built an entrance shaft with cardboard tubes to keep the cold out of the store.
The fact that this is an environmentally friendly building material is perfectly in line with the philosophy of the recycling center. The tubes are placed on a brick plinth and a glass roof is placed on top to finish the lock.
